Scott Larson

COGAR’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Scott Larson, brings over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience working in the private sector for Federal Government contractors. Mr. Larson possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the prestigious Elon University in North Carolina and has been managing COGAR’s financial operations since the company was founded in 2005. Mr. Larson is responsible for the management of all financial and risk management operations of the company. Mr. Larson has developed a unified financial and operational strategy, which includes metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
