Mikka Kjarland

Mikka Kjarland is an experienced professional in product management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at OnCourse Learning since June 2018. Prior to this role, Mikka held senior product management and solution architect positions at SumTotal Systems, LLC from September 2004 to June 2018, and worked as an Implementation Consultant at GeoLearning from September 2004 to December 2010. Mikka's career began as a Teacher/Coach at Northside ISD from August 1993 to July 2004, and included a role as a Training Specialist at 3M from August 2000 to August 2001. Mikka earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Teaching from the University of Northern Iowa between 1987 and 1993.
