Kadee Anstadt

Kadee Anstadt is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Educational Specialist at The Collaborative and as Program Director of Educational Administration at The University of Findlay. Previous roles include Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at Washington Local Schools and Perrysburg Schools, respectively, where Kadee focused on strategic planning, school safety, and responsive discipline. As Executive Director of Teaching & Learning at Perrysburg Schools, Kadee significantly improved state rankings and student performance. Earlier experiences include a 4th grade teaching position at Hudson City Schools, where Kadee received numerous accolades and recognition for contributions to education. Kadee Anstadt holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Concordia University Chicago, a Master's degree in Education from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Siena Heights University. Additionally, Kadee has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner in the pet services industry and a successful sales representative in digital services.
