Bill Manley

Bill Manley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and project leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data Management at The College Board since April 2006, Bill has held various roles, including Director of Item Bank and Product Manager for Workflow and Collaboration Systems, where expertise in marketing technology and creative content platforms has been demonstrated. Prior to this, Bill worked at Time Inc. as Technology Director, overseeing a technical environment for 325 staff while managing budgets, strategic planning, and customer service. Earlier experience includes a role as Support Manager at G+J USA. Bill earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Stony Brook University.
