Brett Felder

Brett Felder is an experienced professional in educational program management and assessment operations, currently serving as Director of Online Assessment Operations at The College Board since August 2007. In this role, Brett manages daily operations and staff for the CLEP and ACCUPLACER programs, oversees customer service functions, and leads cross-functional teams to enhance digital assessment support. Previous positions at The College Board include Associate Director roles focusing on test center management, implementation, and strategy, where Brett developed strong relationships with over 1,700 test centers, coordinated college readiness initiatives, and managed contracts for educational equity programs. Prior experience includes serving as Implementation Manager at Project GRAD Newark, where Brett contributed to increased graduation rates, and as Post Placement Counselor at Prep for Prep, earning an award for outstanding service. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Vassar College.
