Kristie Mendoza

Kristie Mendoza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent technology and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Technology and Analytics at The College Board since February 2022, Kristie drives the strategy and optimization of various Workday modules while managing integrations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Kristie held multiple leadership roles at Teach For America from July 2007 to February 2022, including Managing Director of IT Business Analysis, where Kristie was responsible for technology initiatives that enhance people experience. Kristie's background includes significant contributions to operational compliance, project management, and bulk hiring processes, demonstrating a strong focus on enhancing workforce capabilities through technology and strategic partnerships. An alumnus of The University of Georgia, Kristie holds a BA in Political Science.
