Noel Scarlett has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Langston University. Currently the Assistant Head Coach at Texas College, Noel has extensive experience in coaching, recruiting, and player development. Additionally, Noel is the Owner of 4th & Inches Sports Performance, LLC and TouchDown Credit Repair. Noel is also the Owner of The Texas Regulators Football Club and has worked with various organizations such as College Gridiron Showcase and the Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC. With a focus on developing athletes and implementing strategic plans, Noel Scarlett is a multifaceted professional in the sports industry.
