Daniel Buker is currently the Director of Purchasing / Food and Beverage Controller at The Colonnade Hotel. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions such as Executive Account Manager at Capital Hospitality Services, Executive Chef at Westin Hotel Waltham and Sheraton Braintree, Garde Manger Chef at Boston Park Plaza Hotel, and Sous Chef at Sheraton Boston Hotel. Daniel obtained an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
