Jennifer Rainey, MPA, currently serves as the Communications Manager for the City of The Colony, Texas, beginning December 2024. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Farmers Branch and the City of Denton, where responsibilities included developing legislative programs, preparing budgets, and executing community events. Prior experience encompasses serving as Public Information Officer for Denton County Public Health, where Jennifer coordinated extensive communication efforts during crises, and as North American Sales and Marketing Manager for Polytronix Smart Glass, focusing on sales and product launches. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the same institution.
