Gary A. Gerulskis

Gus is a Senior Wealth Advisor at The Colony Group. For more than 35 years he has designed investment strategies, worked with clients on portfolio management and conducted equity and fixed income research.

Before merging with The Colony Group in 2021, Gus founded Capital Advisors, LLC, a wealth management firm specializing in investment management for high-net-worth families and non-profit organizations. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer for First Financial Trust, N.A, a national trust bank

Gus has served on the board of the MetroWest YMCA and is a former guest market expert for MoneyCentral, WBIX Business 1060’s Smart Money, WBZ & WBUR.

Gus earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College where he played football and baseball. He completed his MBA with an emphasis in finance from the Clark University Graduate School of Management and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.

In his spare time, Gus enjoys woodworking, and landscaping and is a Franklin Square Society member of the Hanover Theatre for Performing Arts. He is married to Lori for more than 25 years and has three children.
