Ingrid Terrazas is an experienced IT Recruiter currently working at The Colony since June 2021 and simultaneously at TalentoTIK since January 2021. Ingrid's key responsibilities include publishing active searches on LinkedIn, sourcing and contacting candidates, conducting profile screenings and initial interviews, drafting application reports, providing candidate feedback throughout the process, and coordinating client interviews. Prior to these roles, Ingrid held various positions including Team Member in Credit Control & Master Data at Thomas Cook, Lecturer at Fordham University, Coordinator of the Humanitarian Agency Consortium at Plan International, and Facilitator and Coordinator at Oxfam, where management of humanitarian agencies and resources was essential. Ingrid holds a Diplomado in Planning and Disaster Risk Management from Universidad Católica Boliviana, an Expert degree in NGO Management and Promotion from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Boliviana.
