Kaitlin Heinz

Kaitlin Heinz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Accounting Manager at The Colorado Health Foundation since February 2021, Kaitlin previously held the position of Senior Finance Director at Book Trust for a brief period. Prior to this, a significant tenure at the Public Welfare Foundation included roles as Consultant, Controller, and Manager of Accounting. Earlier career experiences encompassed positions as Assistant Controller and Senior Staff Accountant at the Center for American Progress, as well as Staff Accountant in Nonprofit Outsourcing at LarsonAllen. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Old Dominion University.
