Ryan Severts

Ryan Severts began their work experience in 1998 as a Sales Representative at Terminix. Ryan then moved on to Nestle USA in 1999, where they worked as an Equipment Technician until 2003. From 2003 to 2012, they served as the Director of Grants Management at the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation, overseeing the administration of scholarships, fellowships, and other grants. In 2012, Severts joined The Colorado Health Foundation, starting as a Senior Grants Manager and later progressing to the role of Senior Director of Grantmaking Operations. In this position, they managed the grantmaking lifecycle and led the operational aspects of the foundation's social impact investing portfolio.

Ryan Severts received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Management from Brigham Young University from 1998 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Colorado Denver from 2005 to 2008.
