Lauren Whynott

Lauren Whynott has a diverse work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Starting in 2023, they worked as the Director of Membership, Marketing & Audience Engagement at The Colorado Sun. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Manager of Member & Audience Engagement at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.

In 2011, Lauren joined Respite Care, Inc where they held multiple roles including Development Director from 2016 to 2021, Development Associate from 2014 to 2016, Volunteer Coordinator from 2012 to 2015, and Child Care Specialist from 2011 to 2013. Lastly, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Developmental Disabilities Research Office of Colorado State University from 2012 to 2013.

Lauren Whynott completed their Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.

In addition to their academic degrees, Lauren obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
