Amanda Ross

Amanda Ross, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Colorado Trust, a role assumed in April 2023, where the organization collaborates with entities across Colorado to promote health and wellbeing. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at CCIG (July 2021 - April 2023), where strategic HR support was provided to enhance organizational performance, and the Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Moody Insurance Agency (January 2007 - July 2021), managing HR functions for over 100 employees across multiple locations. Amanda also held positions as a Human Resource Representative at Coram Healthcare and as a Human Resource Manager at Magnolia Hotels, along with earlier roles in administrative support and business analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance from the University of Northern Colorado.
