Aamir Shakir is a seasoned treasury management operations specialist with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently employed at The Commerce Bank of Washington since September 2022, Aamir leads the design and implementation of systems for positive pay, ACH origination, and other treasury management solutions, managing high-value client relationships. Previously, Aamir served as a customer service specialist at HomeStreet Bank, analyzing financial information and managing operational processes related to loans. Aamir has also held positions as a relationship banker at Opus Bank, contributing to significant revenue growth, and worked in sales roles at Teapresso Hawaii and bread & butter, showcasing strong customer service skills. Aamir began a career in finance as an accounting assistant at the Bank of Saipan, focusing on check verification and payroll data processing.
