Stephen W. has extensive experience in the financial technology sector, currently serving as the Business Technology Platform Services Manager at The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., since February 2007. In this role, Stephen has successfully developed team members' knowledge and skills, cultivated relationships with key online banking vendors, and designed robust Disaster Recovery plans, achieving successful tests over 14 years. Additionally, Stephen has conducted audits for compliance with BSA, OFAC, and SOX regulations, provided high-touch support to clients, and managed regular operations, including asset management and KPI reporting.
