Ella Snow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ella started their career in 2008 as an Editorial Intern at Hearst Magazines-Magazine International. In 2012, they interned at Miriam Altshuler Literary Agency before moving on to an internship at Stuart Krichevsky Literary Agency in 2013. In 2015, Ella worked as an Editorial Associate at Molloy PLLC and an Executive Assistant/Editor at Tanenbaum International Literary Agency. Ella'sroles at Tanenbaum International Literary Agency and Molloy PLLC ended in 2018 when they joined CECP as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Ella was later promoted to the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Special Projects Lead before transitioning to their current role as Associate Manager, CEO Outreach & Voice at CECP in 2022.
Ella Snow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Literature from Bard College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they received certifications in Women in Leadership from eCornell in August 2021 and in Diversity & Inclusion from eCornell in October 2019.
