Courtney Bates

Courtney Bates is an accomplished Event Sales Manager at The Common Man Family since May 2001, where responsibilities include driving sales growth and coordinating all aspects of event logistics, showcasing strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Previously recognized as a top server, Courtney contributed to exceptional customer service and teamwork. In 2012, Courtney served as a Marketing Coordinator at Secondwind Water Systems, implementing successful marketing programs and fostering vendor relationships. From 2003 to 2007, as an Assistant Manager at Chris Kappler Inc., Courtney facilitated equestrian competitions and managed the care of international show jumping horses. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Becker College, with prior studies at Keene State College.
