Tiphany Jones

Tiphany Jones currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at The Commons Project Foundation, a position held since November 2020 after a promotion from HR Manager/Business Service Manager. In this role, Tiphany is responsible for developing a robust organizational HR platform encompassing various HR sub-functions. Prior to this, Tiphany worked at UNICEF USA as an Executive Assistant to the CFO/CAO/President of the Bridge Fund, where support was provided in managing calendars and senior leadership meetings. Tiphany's previous experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant at Services for the UnderServed, Gene Kaufman Architect PC, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, TPG Architecture, and TVB, showcasing strong administrative and organizational skills across diverse sectors. Tiphany Jones holds a degree from Hofstra University.
