Previously, Justin held various leadership positions at Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority from 2007 to September 2021, overseeing public housing programs and developing homebuyer initiatives. Justin's extensive background includes experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and as an Employment Specialist at Kaiser Group Inc. Justin holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
