Stephen Monaghan

Stephen Monaghan is a Consultant in Public Health Medicine, currently working at Public Health Wales. Stephen has held various positions such as Senior Harkness Fellow at The Commonwealth Fund and Honorary Professor at Cardiff Metropolitan University and Swansea University. Stephen also served as the Public Health Director at NPHS, Cardiff LHB, and ABM LHB. With a background in healthcare policy, Stephen earned an MBA from Imperial College London and was a Harkness Fellow at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Their extensive experience includes roles such as Deputy Director of Public Health and Policy at BroTaf Health Authority and Director of the UK Partnership for the Health of the People Project at Nuffield Trust.
