Sophie McGinley

Sophie McGinley is an experienced labor policy analyst currently employed at The Commonwealth Institute for Fiscal Analysis since May 2024. Previously, Sophie served as a research analyst at the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia from February 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included producing surveys and analyzing data.
