Allison Nordberg Youngblood

Allison Nordberg Youngblood, PMP, serves as the Deputy Transformation Officer and Program Manager for the Partnership for Petersburg at the Commonwealth of Virginia, starting September 2023. Previously, Allison held the position of Program Director at the American Nurses Foundation from March 2015 to July 2023, where strategic leadership was provided for the Well-Being Initiative and management of the Nurses on Boards Initiative, securing over $400,000 in grant funding. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role focused on global health at the United Nations Foundation from November 2007 to March 2015, along with various positions in program integration and administration. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond, obtained in 2007.
