Justin Graves

Justin Graves is an accomplished program analyst and project manager with extensive experience at the US Department of Homeland Security since 2007, where responsibilities have included budgeting for over $2 billion and advising on IT compliance. As the founder of HESONWHEELS, Justin promotes personal connection and engagement through motivational speaking. Involvement with the YMCA at Virginia Tech as a board member focuses on enhancing collaborations between the university and the organization.
