Kailee Tkacz Buller

Kailee Tkacz Buller serves as the Chief of Staff at the USDA since January 2025 and is concurrently a member of the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services for the Commonwealth of Virginia since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Buller was the President & CEO of the National Oilseed Processors Association from December 2023 to January 2025 and held the same title at the Edible Oil Producers Association from December 2020 to March 2024. Buller previously worked at the USDA from July 2017 to October 2020 in various chief of staff roles and as a policy advisor. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Food Policy at the Corn Refiners Association and Director of Government Affairs at SNAC International. Buller began the professional career as a manager of government affairs at the National Grocers Association and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University at Buffalo and further education from Syracuse University.
