Scott Jaeger

Scott Jaeger is an IT Service Management Manager at the Commonwealth of Virginia since March 2022. Previously, Scott served as the ITSM Integration Director for Health at Peraton from October 2020 to April 2022, focusing on the integration and adoption of IT Service Management concepts using the ITIL 4 framework. Scott has also held various roles in the itSMF organization, including a position on the President's Council and has worked as a Change and Release Manager at SAIC. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at ZeNETeX, LLC, and a Network Technician at Global One. Scott holds a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer Programming from Strayer University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
