Youssef Ibrahim

Youssef Ibrahim is an experienced professional in healthcare IT and clinical applications, currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Clinical Applications Analyst for the Commonwealth of Virginia since September 2016. Youssef led the full implementation cycle for the Cerner Millennium EHR conversion and was the Physician track team lead during this process. Prior experience includes roles as Senior EHR Clinical Consultant at Cerner Corporation and Clinical EHR Implementation Consultant at Siemens Healthcare, where Youssef supported various medical staff in implementing and configuring health information systems and EHR applications. Youssef also held positions as a Clinical IT Trainer at UNC Health Care and as an implementation consultant for Soarian CPOE at various hospitals. Education includes a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Houston-Victoria, a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the same institution, and an Associate degree in Biology from San Jacinto College.
