Prior to this role, Shannon served as an Insurance Agent at The Co-operators - Paul M Reed Insurance Agency Ltd, where responsibilities included personal lines, farm, commercial, and life insurance. Shannon also worked as an Insurance Sales Agent for Combined Insurance, specializing in accident and sickness insurance sales, and held sales representative positions at ReMax Country Classics Ltd and Bowes and Cocks Ltd. Brokerage. Educational credentials include training from the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Ontario Real Estate College.
