Carol Anne Patton, MSW, LSW is an experienced social worker currently serving at The Community at Rockhill since September 2017 and as a hospice social worker at Grand View Health since August 2017. Prior roles include foster care coordinator at Access Services from May 2015 to 2018, clinical social work intern in the nephrology social work department at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from September 2016 to May 2017, and medical social worker at Abington - Jefferson Health from September 2015 to September 2016, which included a first-year MSW placement. Additional experience includes working as a support aide at Variety Club Camp from May 2015 to June 2016 and as a milieu counselor at MCC Warwick House from 2013 to 2015. Carol Anne Patton holds a master's degree in clinical/medical social work from the University of Pennsylvania (2015-2017) and a bachelor's degree in human services from Gwynedd Mercy University (2011-2015).
