Dawn Vadnais

Dawn Vadnais has a diverse and extensive work experience in the property management industry. Dawn began their career with Beacon Residential Management in 2003, where they worked in property management for two years. Dawn then joined The Community Builders, Inc. in 2007 as a Multisite Manager, responsible for overseeing multiple property sites. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Senior Manager, and then took on the role of Area Manager for MA, CT, and NY, overseeing 27 entities in the company's portfolio. In 2017, Dawn became the Director of Portfolio Operations for the Northeast region, where they oversaw 23 properties and managed staff and operations. Their exceptional performance led to their promotion as Vice President of Operations in 2018, where they continue to have an important role in implementing corporate strategies, directing financial and operational activities, and hiring and onboarding staff for the company.

Dawn Vadnais obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting with minors in English and Business Law from Bentley University in 1993. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications including National Affordable Housing Professional-Executive (NAHP-e) from NEAHMA in 2012, CP-9 for LIHTC Programs from Spectrum Enterprises in 2004, Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) in 2002, and Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) from NCHM in 2000.
