Morgan Wilson has had a diverse range of work experience in the finance and development operations field. They have held various roles at The Community Builders, Inc., starting as an Investor Services Manager in 2000 and progressing to become the Deputy Director of Development Operations in 2012, Vice President of Development Operations in 2015, and finally the Chief Financial Officer in 2019. Prior to joining The Community Builders, Inc., Morgan worked at Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager from 2002 to 2004. They also gained experience at Lowell, Blake & Associates, Inc. as an Account Manager/Securities Analyst from 1997 to 2000.
Morgan Wilson attended St. Martin's Episcopal School from 1973 to 1987. They then pursued higher education, studying at the University of Oregon in 1987-1988, the University of Chicago in 1988-1989, and Loyola University New Orleans in 1990-1992, where they obtained a B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy. Lastly, in 1992-1993, they joined The University of Alabama's Book Arts Program of the School of Library & Information Studies.
