Alexis Donachie

Alexis Donachie is an accomplished professional with a robust background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Manager IQ since January 2021, Alexis also established The Community Collective in August 2023, where community builders enhance their skills in an 8-week program. As a Victorian State Council Member for the Australian HR Institute from June 2021 to May 2024, Alexis contributed significantly to HR practices. Prior experience at EY includes leadership roles focused on talent innovation and continuous improvement, alongside successful HR program implementation for extensive workforce structures. Additional experiences at Oceania Healthcare highlight expertise in managing change and improving employee relations across large organizations. Academically, Alexis holds degrees in Business Management and Psychology from Auckland University of Technology.
