Melia Rayner

Melia Rayner is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Mixing Board Community Member and the Head of Communications at Blackbird, where the focus is on enhancing the brand’s narrative as a key investor in innovative startups. Additionally, Melia co-founded The Community Collective, fostering a network for community builders, and has also contributed as a coach for the Startmate Student Fellowship. Previous roles include Senior Communications Strategist at Character, Managing Editor at Est Living, and a variety of freelance writing and marketing positions. Melia holds a BA in Film & Television from Swinburne University of Technology.
