Pavi Iyer

Pavi Iyer currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at Mindset Health, where responsibilities include leading the people function through strategy and execution, along with building culture, capabilities, and career growth pathways. Pavi also plays a role as an Ambassador for The Community Collective, organizing community initiatives to support members and community builders worldwide. Previously, Pavi held the position of Community Director - Australia at Jobs for Humanity, focusing on connecting underrepresented talent with employers and providing coaching. Additional experience includes serving as Global Talent Manager at Liven, managing the global talent function, and as Talent Acquisition Manager at CyberCX, overseeing a team of Talent Specialists across Australia and New Zealand. Pavi is currently pursuing a Ladymates Leadership degree from Startmate and holds a Bachelor of International Business (Applied) from RMIT University.
