Nicole Whitaker

Nicole Whitaker, Esq. is an experienced attorney and educator based in Towson, Maryland. Since December 2014, Nicole has been the founder and attorney at Whitaker Legal, LLC, where the practice focuses on criminal defense, immigration law, trusts and estates, family law, and civil litigation, serving clients across multiple Maryland counties. Additionally, Nicole has been an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law since August 2014, teaching a Legal Analysis, Research and Writing course. As an ESOL instructor at the Community College of Baltimore County since February 2012, Nicole teaches intermediate and advanced English reading and writing. Previous roles include a Legal Research & Writing Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Baltimore School of Law, a Rule 16 Attorney at the Harford County State's Attorney's Office, and a Judicial Intern at the Baltimore Immigration Court. Nicole holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
