Sudeep Ross

Sudeep Ross is a trustee at THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE INC. Sudeep was previously the Chief Medical Officer at St. Peter's Health Partners from April 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they oversaw the ambulatory medical group of 350+ providers across 85+ clinical sites. Sudeep was responsible for the strategic design of clinical workflows to ensure superior clinical outcomes, decrease provider fatigue and enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. Sudeep was also intimately involved in the design and implementation of population health activities to improve outcomes critical to the Clinically Integrated Network. In addition, they supervised the ambulatory EHR support team and the ambulatory clinical quality team. Sudeep also engaged with the Board of Directors and other physician leadership groups with the organization to implement and operationalize key issues pertinent to effective physician governance. Lastly, they collaborated with multiple departments to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. Sudeep currently chairs the Quality Expert Panel for Trinity Health, with oversight of critical clinical quality initiatives shared by Trinity Health ambulatory clinics across the nation.

Sudeep Ross started their educational career at Kansengi Primary School in Ndola, Zambia. Sudeep then attended American School of Mogadishu in Somalia before moving to Kodaikanal International School in Kodaikanal, India. Ross completed their high school education with a High School Diploma and International Baccalaureate Diploma. Sudeep then attended Oklahoma State University, where they studied Biology and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University at Buffalo. Ross continued their education at JSS Medical College in Mysore, India, where they earned their MBBS in Medicine. Sudeep then completed a residency in Family Practice at Penn State University before earning their MBA in Business Management from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
