Daniel Wong

Daniel Wong is an experienced professional in the fields of portfolio management, project management, and debt consulting. Currently serving as a Portfolio Administrator at The Community Preservation Corporation since June 2022, Daniel contributes to the organization's mission of revitalizing New York's underserved housing markets. Previous roles include Project Manager at Montclair Handyman Services and various positions within debt consulting and real estate firms, showcasing expertise in financial negotiation and project oversight. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University and has a background in dual enrollment and high school completion from Southwest Virginia Community College and Mountain Mission School, respectively.
