Melanie Crocco

Melanie Crocco is a professional with extensive experience in business analytics and financial planning. Currently serving as the SVP and Director of Financial Planning and Business Analytics at The Community Preservation Corporation since January 2022, Melanie has held various roles within the company from VP to Assistant Director of Portfolio Services since February 2006. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Urban, Community and Sustainable Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies and Politics from New York University.
