Steve Getz

Steve Getz has a strong background in urban planning, real estate, and environmental policy. Currently, Steve holds the position of Managing Director, Head of Lending at The Community Preservation Corporation. Prior to this, Steve worked as an Environmental Consultant at The VERTEX Companies, Inc. and as an Earth Science Teacher with NYC Teaching Fellows. Steve also has experience in research and analysis as a Research Assistant at Columbia University. Steve holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning/Real Estate from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Colorado College.
