Willa B. Kalaidjian is the Director at The Company Lab. Willa has over a decade of experience advising clients on commercial contracts and transactions as a shareholder at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. Willa regularly advises on entity choice and corporate structure, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity and privacy, SaaS and license agreements, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentive plans, and financing transactions. Willa also counsels clients on environmental law matters, including permitting, land remediation, due diligence, wetland mitigation, and regulatory compliance. With all their work, they strive to know their clients’ businesses and predict their legal needs, working collaboratively and taking a proactive approach to manage risks.
Prior to their work in the legal field, Willa was a high school math teacher in the NYC Department of Education from 2004 to 2007. Willa B. Kalaidjian is a skilled professional with a wide range of experience in both the legal and education fields.
Willa B. Kalaidjian attended the Paideia School for their high school diploma. Willa then went on to study visual arts at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they earned their B.A. After that, they completed their M.S. in secondary education and mathematics at Pace University. Finally, they earned their J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
