Rebecca Coughlin is a seasoned eCommerce professional with extensive experience in site experience analysis and digital strategy. Currently serving as Senior Analyst, Site Experience at The Company Store since November 2021, Rebecca previously held various roles at Saks OFF 5TH, including Site Experience Specialist and Digital Strategy Specialist. Throughout Rebecca's career, roles at Macy's and Journelle involved managing eCommerce product lines, optimizing digital experiences, and overseeing visual merchandising. Earlier positions include roles in social media coordination and public relations, supporting brand marketing efforts. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has also studied Fashion Business and Communications at Regent's University London.
