Mark Lennox

Mark Lennox serves as the Campus Pastor at The Compass Church since July 2016, where accomplishments include leading the merger with New Song Church, launching the first Spanish Ministry Department, and overseeing various campus departments. Mark's leadership extends to community initiatives like a Care Center and multiple evangelistic efforts, as well as creating a culture of leadership development. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of South America at Bright Hope, managing partnerships and holistic ministry projects across several countries. Additionally, Mark has experience as a missionary and assistant pastor, focusing on cross-cultural ministry and church planting. Mark holds a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral, Theology, Leadership, and Bible from Trinity International University and has earned a Master's degree in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary.
