Gabe LePera is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Compass Diversified since January 2019, Gabe LePera previously held the role of Vice President of Internal Audit at The Compass Group. Prior experience includes a managerial position at J.H. Cohn LLP, where comprehensive internal audit and risk management services were provided, as well as serving as Controller and Chief Financial Officer at Youth Consultation Service, where financial analysis and budget preparation were key responsibilities. Gabe LePera began the career as a Senior Accountant and Auditor at Ehrenkrantz & Co and holds a CPA degree from Saint Peter's University along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford.
