Ash Thompson

Ash Thompson is currently the Head of Process Change - Operations at The Compleat Food Group, leading the Group Operations Team through a process transformation. Prior to this role, Ash was the Site Director for Palethorpes Bakery and has also worked as a Production Manager, Reliability Engineer & Central Support at Morrisons, Team Manager at pladis Global, and Production Group Leader at Kerry Group. Ash holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
