Jessica Kenyon has had an extensive career in the field of health and life science programs. Jessica currently works as the Chief Executive Officer of The Conafay Group, where they previously held the positions of Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Vice President. At The Conafay Group, they worked with life science and medical technology companies and organizations to develop and implement government engagement, federal funding, and public policy strategies. Previously, they worked as the Vice President for Health and Life Science Programs at American Defense International, Inc. and as the Director of West Coast Field Office at U.S. Army Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). Additionally, they served as a Program Manager at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. and held several roles at U.S. Army Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), including Congressional Liaison and Deputy Director for Research Support, Chief, Project Officer Cell; Liaison to DoD Health Affairs, Chief, Business Operations, Information Technology and Engineering Division, and Project Officer.

Jessica Kenyon completed their high school education at Middletown High School from 1990 to 1994. Jessica later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University from 1995 to 1998. Afterward, they obtained a Master of Arts degree from Bryn Mawr College from 1998 to 2001. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
