Kate Miller

Kate Miller is an accomplished educator and researcher with extensive experience in science education and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Research Associate at The Concord Consortium since December 2022, Kate previously held the position of Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, focusing on pedagogical content knowledge for STEM integration. Notable past roles include Senior Manager of Curriculum and Teaching at the American Museum of Natural History, where Kate oversaw curriculum development for secondary school science programs, and Physics Teacher at The Brooklyn Latin School, where curriculum materials were created for various physics courses. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Science Teacher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Science Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Astrophysics from Princeton University.
