Teale Fristoe

Senior Software Engineer at The Concord Consortium

Teale Fristoe received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Philosophy from UC Berkeley and Master of Science in Computer Science from UC Santa Cruz, where he worked on software and curriculum development to help middle school students learn about programming concepts through game creation. After grad school he started a small game studio where he released several tabletop games, including fan favorites Corporate America and Birds of a Feather, which will be re-released soon. During this time, he worked as a contract software engineer contributing to projects ranging from small advertisement games to inventory management systems for restaurants. He’s an active contributor to the eBird and iNaturalist citizen science projects.
