Paul Hatala is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in consultancy and leadership roles. Currently, Paul serves as Principal Consultant at The Conjugate Group since January 2018. Prior to this, Paul was Head of CMC Services at NovusLife, LLC, from November 2014 to January 2018, and held the position of Director of CMC at Cambridge Startup from March 2012 to July 2015. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as Associate Director of Chemistry at Archemix from May 2009 to April 2012. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Syracuse University, completed between 1994 and 2001, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Denver, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
