Chris Banham has worked at two companies in their career so far. From May 2008 until the present, they have been working at The Conlan Company as a Vice President. In this role, they manage and coordinates daily project activities for multiple projects, ranging in cost from $5,000 to $35 million. The projects include new light industrial facilities, tenant build outs, building renovations, medical facilities, class A office spaces, data centers, and building repairs. From May 2005 to July 2007, Chris worked as an Intern at Kajima Building & Design Group, Inc. In this role, they assisted the project superintendent with various on-site activities, prepared daily work reports, performed safety inspections, processed submittal information for multiple projects, assisted the senior estimator in bid proposals, and prepared closeout documents at the completion of projects.
Chris Banham, LEED AP, attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2008, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Building Construction.
